When a customer hires AMP for their service needs, they are set up inside our online customer portal system for 24 hour access to their account details. Our customer portal system allows our clients to:

• View before and after pictures of completed services
• Review open and paid invoices
• Request additional services
• View schedule dates

Advantage #3 Best Management Practices

AMP employs best management practices when it comes to our pressure washing services and waste water runoff. It is our best interest to perform responsible management practices to prevent or reduce water pollutants. Our BMP includes operating procedures and practices to control site runoff specific to your jobsite requirements.

AMP Certified Contractor Program

Requirements & Training

Becoming an AMP Certified Contractor to be approved as a preferred service providers requires our vendors to provide verification of credentials, references from at least 3 companies they are currently provide services for, clean drug screening on all company employees, 1 million dollar property and liability insurance, workers compensation insurances and been in business for at least 5 years. AMP is very serious about the vendors we allow to represent our company, and do our best to select only the top vendors in their industry.

AMP contractors are also required to attend our proprietary training program on customer service, worksite safety, and performance expectation to pass the AMP Certified Contractor Program. This process is to make sure our preferred vendors have a vast understanding our company policies, safety and expectations to provide highest quality services to our customers.

AMP Certified Contractor Requirements:

• 5 Years in Business
• Carry Minimum $1M Liability Insurance
• Workers Compensation Insurance
• References for 3 companies (current)
• Drug Free Employees
• AMP Training Program
